Posti is a leading distribution and logistics company in the Nordics. Online grocery is one of the fastest growing channels in the overall online retail market. Groceries also offer big potential to increase the delivery volumes and thus drive up efficiencies of deliveries. However, with frozen and chilled as well as perishable products, groceries provide logistics companies with multitude of challenges. During the fall of 2019 a project sketched a Go-to-Market strategy for Posti to consider the opportunities and challenges of the channel in the Finnish market.
