Orkla - deepening online grocery understanding

Orkla is one of the biggest branded fast moving consumer goods supplier in the Nordics. The online grocery channel is growing rapidly. That will have significant impacts for the grocery suppliers also. During the fall of 2019, Ada Insights was involved in helping Orkla Suomi build more in-depth understanding of how consumers shop online and how online sales can be developed and activated together with retailers. The project consisted of experimentations and shared learnings with an individual retailer.
