Online grocery understanding for the bakery products

Rapid rise of the online grocery sales during the pandemic has turned online into an important growth channel for grocery brands. The project with Vaasan explored what makes online different than the traditional offline channels. We conducted three workshops to explore the different methods of organising online grocery operations and how they impact the operations of Vaasan.

Alongside the workshops Vaasan participants were introduced into how a grocery store conducts online operations and how Vaasan could be more active partner in driving the online sales. We also did data-driven experimentations to learn more about the online customer behaviour.
